Global Investment Opportunities S.A.. shall be referred to as: GIO, SA We shall act as your legal brokers, regarding any/all "Buy
& Sell" aspects pertaining to your Investment Portfolio/s. GIO, Inc. shall act in a legal-professional-ethical manner
regarding all financial investment transactions. This includes but is not limited to "accounting, account disbursements,
account deposits and other account portfolio trading". Our clients fully understand and accept the risks associated with commodity trading.
They understand they could suffer a lose financially to their initial account deposit/s. Though that is extremely unlikely! You either gain or break even!
GIO,S.A. will contact clients in a timely fashion regarding all "Buy and Sell" options and futures transactions. Though due
to different time zones, this may not always be feasible ie: Panama time 9am Monday to Hong Kong time 1amTuesday.
We will not be held responsible for disruptions in communications in your resident country.
Please note: Global markets prices can change drastically within minutes, if needed the assigned account broker shall take evasive action
so client does not lose more than 10% of portfolio. If commodity prices rises more than 25%, account broker shall sell 60% of clients account
commodity portfolio.
All payouts shall be sent within 12 to 36 hours, after request from client is received by our accounting-payout department and sent via
Bank Wire Transfer. All clients must list an account beneficiary in the event of their death! This is required with regard to Estate Planning -
Inheritance Laws of The Republic of Panama. If an individual wishes to adhere to their national Capital Gains Tax obligations: that shall be their
individual choice, though we advise all clients to legally claim all income. Nor will we be held responsible for any legal ramifications which
stem from any and all legal ramifications suffered by client:, due to sanctions placed upon client in their listed country of residence.

a todo el " Compre y Ventasl" los aspectos referente a su Inversiones Portfolio/s. GIO, Inc. actuarán de una manera legal, profesional y ética con
respecto a todas las transacciones financieras. Esto incluirá y no será limitada al " la contabilidad, losentregas de ganancias, y los depósitos, y
todos intercambian el comercio. Nuestros clientes entienden verdad, y aceptan los riesgos asociados: en relación con el comercio de materia
global. Entienden y aceptan que podrían sufrir un financiero pierdida a su deposit/s inicial: en relación con el comercio de materia global.
GIO, SA intentarán entrar en contacto con nuestros clientes a su debido tiempo con respecto cualesquiera/a todo el "Compra y Vender" de sus
transacciones. Sin embargo debido a diversas zonas horarias, ésta no puede siempre estar posible. Por Ejempleo: Tiempo 9am Lunes de
Panama City al tiempo de Hong Kong son la 1am el dia sigiente(Martes). Intentaremos hacer el contacto a los inversionistas vía el teléfono,
mensajes de texto, email y/o fax. Nos no detendrán responsables de ninguna interrupciones en comunicaciones en su país del
residencia. Todo lo clientes numerará un benficiary a su cuenta: ¡en caso de su fallecimiento intempestivo! Esto se requiere en lo que
respecta a leyes del planeamiento y de la herencia de estado de su país residente. Si el cliente individual desea adherirse a su
residente grave las obligaciones. GIO, S.A. no es responsable de ningun impuestos de ganancias sobre su cuenta en su país de residencia.
